Phoenix Property Developers, LLC is an Annapolis based private equity firm that buys and develops residential real estate. We seek to improve the community by acquiring houses that require substantial renovations in order to bring them back to life. We will also buy houses from motivated sellers who desire a quick cash settlement. We take pride in seeing the smiles on the faces of new home owners as we give them the keys to their brand new home and we take pride in knowing that we paid attention to every detail during our renovations.
Phoenix is a small team which was established by Tim Asher. Tim has been working in construction, real estate law or real estate brokerage since he began working with a custom home builder during his summers while in college. While getting his degree at Towson University he also worked at several law firms that focused on real estate law. When the real estate market tanked in 2008, Tim found himself in the eye of the storm, working for the banks processing waves of foreclosures in Maryland and D.C. He learned how to be one step ahead of the banks as they were fire-selling millions of dollars of real estate each day. In 2010, Tim began buying foreclosures. In 2011, Timothy became a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Maryland. In 2013, Timothy earned his MBA from University of Maryland University College. To date Tim has renovated over 50 homes and sold nearly $50,000,000 of real estate. Outside of work Tim enjoys traveling and playing with his bulldog, Ralph.
In 2013, Jason Scott became part of the Phoenix team after graduating from Frostburg State University. He works in a sales function assisting Tim with investor relations as well as selling to the retail market. Additionally he directs several marketing campaigns, working to purchase homes from home owners facing foreclosure.
Jordan Davis joined the Phoenix team in 2016 after a 10 year career in the Navy. He is a licensed MHIC and serves as a project manager. When he’s not renovating houses you can be sure to find Jordan at the local Crossfit gym where he coaches.
